To be a distinguished APEL assessment center in providing services, recognizing prior learning experiences, and offering flexible pathways for academic and professional excellence.

Objectives

• To improve service delivery to the public and expand learning and teaching to the community.
• To become a lifelong learning path for those who wish to pursue their studies, especially in the state of Kelantan.
• To produce innovation in learning through elements of academic entrepreneurship for prospective students.
• To generate university income through the registration of candidates who have obtained APEL assessments while at the same time promoting candidates to continue their studies at UMKCEE.
• To improve university services as an entrepreneurial university that emphasises learning knowledge at all levels.
